This house is a VERY super clean home. My wife is a clean-aholic and takes the whip to us. Over 13 years, we bought the house brand new, and she has made sure we have taken care of this house to her liking. We have freshly painted many rooms in the house. We have redone the kitchen hardwood floors and they look beautiful. My son and I are not allowed to walk on them (almost not a joke). She makes sure we are very careful. We have oversized bathroom counter tops. Rounded corners throughout the house. All rooms have walk in closets. We have huge loft upstairs for entertainment. Double sinks in 2 bathrooms and one sink in our 3rd bathroom. Master bedroom on the main level. Very large. All other bedrooms are pretty good size. Everything is negotiable. We have a fire pit in the backyard. I put in the backyard landscaping myself. We have a 55 inch TV, as you can see in the photo with the entertainment surround system, that is bolted to the wall. It is nicely condensed to create more room. Again, in order by my wife. We do have a few ceiling fans throughout the house as well. All appliances will stay and we also have a fridge in the garage that can stay if you'd like to have it. Our backyard opens up to open space green belt. No one to look into your backyard windows. We are just walking distance from the Thornton recreation center. At least twice a year they have fireworks they shoot off. One for sure at the 4th of July (going off right above your head) and one for the Winterfest. I believe there is one more. The nice thing about those functions is you can walk to the park without having to find parking. Please feel free to stop buy. I really think you will love the house. One more thing.
