Hello, I have a bedroom in a house in south Hayward available for rent, with move-in of June 1st. There are three bedrooms in the house in total, and the other tenants have not been chosen yet! The house is in a small neighborhood off Tennyson Rd., just an 11 minute walk to the South Hayward Bart station (which is then only 35 minutes into San Francisco) and a 5 minute drive to the 880 freeway. You would have complete access to house, with freedom to invite guests over, cook, use the washer/dryer, have your input in how to arrange the living room, etc. More details: * Spacious room, 13.5' x 11.5', with shared bathroom, and large closet * Either furnished or unfurnished (see photos) * Newly painted walls, newly refinished hardwood floors * Two other housemates, for three total in the house (others have not been chosen yet; you can help choose them) * Washer & dryer * 10-minute walk to Bart * Large back yard, good for BBQs etc. * Access to entire house (except garage) * There is a railway just behind the house (but the house has double-pane windows which insulate from the sound well hasn't been an issue before) * The electrical system is old, and can't handle high loads (e.g., electric heaters) * Utilities and wifi are split among housemates, might come to $100-$200/month * Move-in date: June 1 * Deposit: 2x rent * Rent paid electronically (through Zelle, etc.) * Looking for someone with good credit, who is responsible, clean and tidy Please get in touch if you'd like to see the place :) If you can't find availability on Zillow's booking calendar, just contact me directly and we'll work it out.
