I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in two story townhouse. Lease is ending in April. Ready to move in first week of October upon approval. (credit and income check) I have two other roomates. There is an extra room that we use for extra storage or can be turned into an office etc. You are more than welcome to choose which room out of the two vacant ones that you want. Rent is 811. Wifi is split among 3 and is $55 per month. Electricity is through SRP and it varies monthly but typically $100 in the summer and less during the fall/winter. Move in costs include deposit which will be given to me of $800 and rent is the following month on the first. You would share a bathroom with a a female but there is a downstairs bathroom with no shower.
