Two parking spaces just a few steps to the front door. Not like one of those big apartment parking lots where you and your car can get lost. I have owned a condo here for many years and it has always been a safe neighborhood. Condo close to everything on Apalachee Pkwy: Capital complex, Downtown; Governor's Square Mall as well as numerous eating and shopping places; FLHSDV right at the end of the street. Renter pays for all utilities. First month's rent ($950) and deposit ($950) (total $1900) due on move-in. One of the reasons my condo is clean, smells good and is in good shape is that I absolutely do not rent to tenants with pets. Please, do not waste my time and your time by asking to view the condo with the idea that you can change my mind on the "no pet policy." I actually love pets but I have seen even the best of pets unintentionally cause thousands of dollars of damage to my units. This also a "non-smoking" unit which means I do not rent to anyone who smokes even if the potential tenant swears he/she will never smoke in the condo. In my experience, the condo will still smell of smoke.
