The home is conveniently 5 blocks from the light rail which can be taken to the PATH, and 2 blocks away from buses and jitneys which can be taken to the Port Authority of New York. The neighborhood has street parking available for residents of the block. Cat friendly home. Renter is responsible for garbage on the premises. Smoking is not allowed inside. A greater deposit will be needed if the renter has pets.
