I figured splitting up the videos into sections of the house would work best. There are four clips. Let me know what questions you have. No smoking allowed, up to two pets allowed (I prefer no cats), all utilities (including wifi) are included in rent. (If utilities are consistently above $300, rent will be increased accordingly.)
