Our peaceful St. Pete Beach bedroom suite is available for rent for $1,200 per month, with all utilities included. This is a private mid-century modern guest bedroom suite in our home, located just four blocks from the beach. It's a comfortable, quiet space with a king bed, dedicated private bathroom, desk/workspace, WiFi, TV, shared kitchen and laundry access, plus a lovely garden courtyard and outdoor seating area. It would be a great fit for a solo traveler, travel nurse, remote worker, visiting professional, or someone looking for a calm beach-area stay close to the sand. We are in St. Pete Beach, FL, close to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and everything that makes this area such a special place to stay. Other things to note CONSUMABLES: All consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, etc are meant to be a starter pack to get you started for your vacation. They are not meant to be UNLIMITED! Please plan accordingly for the length of your trip. PETS: We have two elderly cats in the home. They're very sweet, but please keep your bedroom door closed so they don't wander inside. 30 day minimum.
