I enjoy our neighborhood for walking. There is a low volume of traffic. We have great neighbors. We have access to two neighborhood pools and one tennis court. Anderson Elementary School is just around the corner from my home, I never worried when my daughter walked the short distance to school. The schoolyard also doubles as a park, great for throwing the frisbee, playing on the playground, soccer, batting practice, basketball etc. The neighborhood is also very clean. Everyone keeps their lawns and homes up in accordance with the covenants.
