Master bedroom available in a large, recently updated 5-bedroom home. The room is spacious, great natural light, and includes a walk-in closet and private full bathroom. Rent also includes a private office space in the basement. The two bedrooms are rented unfurnished (the bedroom furniture in the photos will be removed). The room is available as early as mid-June, with a July 1st lease start deadline. Rent is $900/month plus utilities (~$80/month per person). First month's rent and a security deposit (equal to one month's rent) are due by the end of June. The house has two living rooms, a dining area, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample pantry space, and updated flooring/appliances. There's a spacious front and backyard with a patio set, grill, outdoor fireplace, and storage shed. In-unit laundry, central A/C and heating included. A two-car garage is available one spot for storage, the other for rent at an additional fee. You'd be living with three others all in our mid-20s: two CSU grad students and one entrepreneur (two women, one man). We value a respectful, considerate, and clean household that is LGBTQ-friendly and welcoming. We're active and community-minded into skiing, biking, backpacking, volunteering, etc. We're looking for someone in their mid-20s to mid-30s who is a good fit with the group, ideally a grad student or working professional (sorry, no undergrads). The house has one friendly cat who lives with the downstairs roommate. No additional pets are allowed. Rent includes the private office.
