Our home is situated towards the end of the street, and very quiet with Mimi all traffic. One level has enough room for a dining room table and hutch with a breakfast nook at the other end. Fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer or across the street is a coin operated laundry for residents who do not have a washer/dryer. There is an out door pet area for residents next to this resident laundry facility. It is one of the few in the park. If you have a dog we also have an outdoor pen set up as pictured in the back of the home. Our favorite part is our enclosed (screen) area for barbecuing and relaxing. Off of the large carport is a self contained storage shed that is built in to match the house. It is large enough for a small work shop. The fall of 2019 we had a new heat pump and air conditioner installed. The last one lasted 10 years —this one is even larger more powerful and more efficient. We have also recently replaced the carpet in the living room and hallway.
