Renter pays for gas and electric, landlord pays for water and garbage. No smoking. Pets with extra deposit of $500. Landlord is responsible for plumbing repairs except for clogs. Tenant is responsible for abiding by the rules of the Rodeo Gulch Homeowners Association, which will be supplied. Tennant is responsible for basic maintenance of appliances.
