There is a large backyard, a large space to play with, or a hill to make a fire pit. The new refrigerator will be delivered around January 26th. We lend you a washing machine and a dryer if necessary. Tenant pays HOA Fee ($125 per month). Smoking is prohibited indoors and pets are prohibited.
