This house was custom built by Thomas Westerheim in 2012. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a two car garage with extended length for a bass boat. We had Lee Mechanical install geothermal heating and air with hot water recovery system. It has spray foam insulation and stays about 75 degrees in the attic year round. For those not familiar with the geo thermal, the unit is stored inside the attic and not outside in the elements. We floored part of the attic (just ply wood) and put carpet up there. It also has the commercial grade ladder access to the attic area. The irrigation system is connected to a deep water well which is an added bonus, this saves a ton on the water bill. We included over $11,000 for distressed hardwood floor from Genes Floor Covering. This looks remarkable with the open floor plan! We custom picked the gigantic fireplace for the ultimate "cozy" living room, especially during the holidays. There is a gas line in the fireplace for those who don't want the mess of a wood fire. The entire house is pre-wired for a security system, and also for surround sound. The back porch is also pre-wired for running speakers out there. We have a converted gas grill that uses natural gas, no more propane bottles! This is included with the home. Out back we have an above ground pool with a locked deck built around it. The kids love this!!! There is also a shed we had built by Gator Tough Sheds to keep all the toys and lawn mower. The sunset out the back is remarkable. It backs up to a cow pasture and makes for a peaceful evening. After you worked all day and need to relax you can take a hot bath in the jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom is awesome and has a HUGE walk-in closet. We spent a lot of time and thought on this house and feel it shows.
