Transportation with city bus line is only 1.5 blocks away. 5 minutes from down town, Auraria campus, Regis University. 5 minutes from I25, I70 and 6th Ave. Walk to the Highlands and Edgewater restaurants and shops. Very centrally located. There is a fenced-in backyard perfect for pets. There is also an off-street parking space behind the house and additional street parking in the front. Renter(s) will pay 2/3 of all utilities. There is a non-refundable application fee, background and credit checks required. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a monthly per pet rent fee. This is a smoke-free house and we have opted out of Marijuana use. Required inspection and license received to rent in City and County of Denver. The basement is its own unit, with a separate entrance, owner-occupied.
