A pull-out queen sofa with Bob-o-Pedic mattress in the living room creates extra sleeping space - so the house easily accommodates 8. We provide most amenities including wifi, smart TVs, CD/radio/stereo, all kitchen appliances, utensils, and serving ware, towels and linens, washer/dryer, and grill. The gas potbelly stove in the living room easily heats the entire living level, and otherwise the house is heated by electric baseboard. Parking for five cars and full garage. October 1st to April 30th rental period (September 16 start and May 19 end are negotiable). One month rent and security deposit due at lease signing. Move-in date flexible (6-month minimum).
