We are offering the entire finished third floor for rent at $1,500 per month. The third floor spans 646 square feet and offers ample space for relaxation and productivity. You will also enjoy access to an additional 2,000 square feet of shared living areas, including a modern kitchen, cozy living room, gym, and bathrooms (3.5 bathrooms, total). The closest bathroom (which is on the 2nd floor) is included in the pictures. The house is thoughtfully spread across three floors, the basement, and an addition, providing everyone with generous space to spread out. Common areas are spacious and thoughtfully maintained, including the kitchen, living room, foyer, and expansive front and back yards. It's a relaxed environment where the professional housemates we are respectful, tidy, and friendly enjoy the space together while also respecting each other's privacy. The kitchen is equipped with multiple refrigerators and freezers to ensure everyone has plenty of storage for food. What's included: - All utilities (electricity, heat, internet, water, sewage, and trash removal) are included in the rent! - Lightning Fast one-gigabit internet (Comcast). In addition to the wifi ethernet has already been wired directly from the modem to the third floor, ensuring the fastest residential internet available in Salem. - Professional cleaning: The house is professionally cleaned, and the cleaners can clean your room included as an amenity if you would like. - Access to numerous complimentary amenities: Massage chair, gym, dishwasher, laundry washer/dryer, propane grill, and a propane fire pit. - We have two spare practically new king size beds that are not being used if you would like the room to be partly furnished. - We have spare AC units if you need one.
