There is about 600 square feet to the unit; located on the first floor of the building, the layout is excellent, there is lots of natural light - so it's nice and bright, and there is direct access to a small grassed/fenced backyard. This is a really great apartment, and definitely won't last! The floors are hardwood; the kitchen cabinets are newer/dark wood; there is a black granite countertop; stainless steel appliances; two original (ornamental) fireplaces; a nicely sized bathroom; and decent closet space ... You'll pay the utilities and for cable if you're interested). There is limited storage available in the basement. Parking is 'on-street'. Note: This apartment is probably best suited towards a SINGLE occupant, or perhaps a COUPLE, and the building IS pet friendly (for your maximum 25lb dog) ... it is a strictly smoke free building ... please consider these points before responding.
