There's a few odds and ends that need to be done, it's not major, you wouldn't need it done to live in it though. Like the back steps have two steps that need to be fixed, the electricity is fine but could be updated if you'd like. the carpet was just put in a year ago in the living room and the possible third bedroom. My girls use the green room as a playroom but it could be a bedroom, might just want a wall put up. The back roof on the porch has a broken boards and it leaks onto the porch, not into the house. Upstairs is hardwood floor and bathroom and kitchen are linoleum. Anything that is wrong, a picture is shown for that. Any questions email, kjdean29@yahoo.com
