We are looking to rent our 4 bedroom 2 bath home for $1250 a month. It comes with all appliances and the price includes internet and electricity as well. It sits on a corner lot and we have done some painting and flooring already. We are looking for someone who wouldn't mind if we made a few repairs during the time they were renting from us as long as we give decent notices.
