Rent is a respectable $1600 for a 2 bed 1.5 bathroom townhome in thriving Port Richmond area of Philadelphia. One Year lease agreement to renew every year(with addendum to back out early). Would need to provide a security deposit plus first months rent($3200). Renter is responsible to pay for the water bill and all other utilities every month. One month of water bill not paid/past due renter will be given 30 days to vacate the property. I don't mind pets if you're respecting the house. No more than 3 cats and no more than 2 small dogs. There's ample parking and a maintained open lot between my home and the lovely neighbors. Very inviting street with a city skyline view and hundreds of things to do within a shorts walk or drive. Renters will be screened with the criteria to all potential applicants, including financials ,criminal, rental history, and other criteria that may be needed. Basically a background check.
