The community was just painted by the HOA. Our unit is actually being painted today! So, fresh paint on the outside. We also painted the inside and added hardwood floors. Kitchen needs updating, but, price accordingly. We are located to all the grade schools. Which rate very well. We are also near the college. Minutes away. As for stores, all are walking distance away including the post office.
