The ground-floor bedroom offers a flexible layout ideal as a private guest suite, home office, or den. We plan to replace the current sofa bed with a standard queen bed prior to lease start but are open to a desk set-up. We also provide biweekly professional cleanings by our trusted team just move in and relax. Located just steps from Alki beach and restaurants, and minutes from groceries and transit options. Fixed lease required no stays beyond May 31 to preserve our summer short-term rental season. Note: One interior closet on the main floor, two small cabinets above refrigerator and microwave and outdoor shed will be secured and reserved for owner use. Lease Terms Available: September 27 - November 21, November 30 - May 31 Lease Length: 1 month minimum (fixed lease expiring May 31, 2025) Monthly Rent: $6,250 Security Deposit: $5,250 (refundable) First Month Rent & Deposit - due at signing Utilities Tenant Responsibility: Yard Maintenance: Occasional weeding Landlord Responsibility: Internet Electricity Natural Gas Water/Sewer/Garbage Quarterly pest control Bi-monthly cleaning Parking: Off-street driveway parking in alleyway (2 vehicles) Application Requirements: We review applications in the order received, as required by Seattle's First-in-Time law. All applicants must provide: Valid government-issued photo ID Proof of income (2 recent pay stubs, offer letter, or equivalent) Contact info for 2 previous landlords or housing references Income Requirement: Monthly gross income must be at least 3x rent. Credit & Rental History: Strong credit and rental history preferred. Priority will be given to applicants who demonstrate: Minimum credit score of 740+ A consistent record of on-time rent payments No evictions or unlawful detainers in the past 5 years No ongoing landlord-tenant disputes, unless satisfactorily resolved No bankruptcies in the past 5 years Occupancy Limits: Full House: Max 5 occupants (including children) Pets: Dogs (up to 2 max) are considered on a case-by-case basis.
