Our house located in the quaint neighborhood of Overbrook, just outside downtown Greenville. It was our treasured home for almost 7 years! It is a two bed, one bath, little home (860 sq ft), with hardwood floors throughout. Our favorite things about the house are the front porch, the back deck, and the windows in the kitchen. We are on a corner lot with ample parking. We have never allowed any pets in the house but are willing to allow pets for an added fee. We have chickens on the property. My husband and I live just up the street so if you need anything we are just a stone's throw away. The lease is set for six months currently but we would also consider much to month or a shorter term lease if you are interested . We are currently scheduling showings on April 18 & 19. Tenant pays for water, gas, and electric. Security deposit and first months rent due upon signing. Will consider pets upon request (extra fee). No smoking allowed. Tenant responsible for lawn care.
