Rent is $850/month and includes all ultilities (water, electricity, wifi, trash, and lawn care). The house is very close to VCU, the river, Church Hill, Carytown, as well as, Crossroads Coffee, Blanchards, WPA Bakery, Veil Brewery, and Forest Hill Park - all a 5 min drive. There's also always plenty of street parking with the Fonticello food forest in walking distance. Common areas may or may not be furnished, you can chat with the other roommates if you have furniture you'd like to bring into the shared areas. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
