Gas and water included in rent, coin op W/D on location, at a great price for a great neighborhood. Window AC/heat unit usually averages under $20/month. One off street parking space with plenty of additional spaces across the street. These rent quick! Layout is comforting for a studio with 2 closets and a small hallway to the bathroom, raised ceiling. Gated entrance. Credit is forgiving (no evictions or due rent balances, otherwise most are approved) - everyone is considered on a case by case basis. $20 application fee to cover these checks.
