Great location, wonderful tenants, friendly atmosphere. Very laid back landlord, will fix things promptly. I live here. I only want cool people in this place because it's my home too. I live in the front, the apartments in back, but we share a driveway and garage. One off-street parking space for tenant. Sorry for the dark photos it's really brighter inside I'm just not a great photographer. Tenant pays electric. Landlord pays water + gas. City trash service (free) put your bin at the curb Sunday evening / Monday morning weekly.
