All our 2-bedroom rentals are UN-Furnished and start at $1130 for a ground floor unit and $1145 a month for a top floor unit. Our 2-bedroom units are in a 2 story building. Both require a $400 deposit upon application approval. All have have stack washer/dryer, dishwasher, AC unit and come with 1 assigned carport. Access to a small storage unit on a 1st come 1st serve basis. We're located just off the entrance to the freeway & with plenty of businesses and shopping nearby. Management lives on-site. 6 mo lease to start & tenant goes month to month after 6 mo lease expires. Can not have anything currently in collections. Deposit is required upon acceptance and final move in costs of 1st mo rent (prorated if not full month) and admin fee are required at move in. We only accept online credit card, debit card or echeck payments or money orders and cashiers checks on site. No cash or personal checks.
