This rental is on the ground floor of 3 story building. All our 1 bedroom units have stack washer/dryer, dishwasher and an AC unit. Ground floor units have carport assigned for 1 vehicle. Limited access to a small storage unit on a 1st come 1st serve basis. We're located just off the entrance to the freeway & with plenty of businesses and shopping nearby. Management lives on-site. Require a 6mo lease to start and go month to month after lease expires. Deposit is required once approved. Move in costs include: 1st month rent (prorated if not a full month) and administration fee and are required at move in. Visitor parking off site only. We pay water, sewer and garbage. Tenant pays Electric. Applicant must pass criminal and credit history screening - $40 application fee, per applicant over age 18. Only accept credit card, debit card & echeck payments online or money orders and cashiers checks on site. No cash or personal checks.
