IDEAL TENANT We're looking for someone who is employed full-time, respectful of shared spaces, clean and consistent with bathroom habits, and easy to communicate with. We do a thorough screening process including background check and an in-person meet. HEADS UP The bathroom is shared between the two adjacent rooms. We're upfront about this because we want the right fit not just any fit. Both rooms are being filled at the same time so compatibility between tenants matters. No smoking. No smoking allowed. The downstairs room is on airbnb so there are different people coming in and out of that room. It's best to see the home in person to understand if its a good fit for you.
