Even the 100+ wineries and tasting rooms of Woodinville are only 20 minutes away for enjoyment on those days off! *There is a detached garage that it currently inaccessible to tenants. Lease term: The lease term can be any monthly increment for a maximum of 6 months. Smoking policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the property, including all indoor areas and outdoor spaces. Damage deposit: The tenant will provide a refundable damage deposit of $2,000 at the beginning of the lease term. The damage deposit will be returned at the end of the lease term, provided there is no damage to the property. Cleaning fee: The tenant will provide a non-refundable cleaning fee of $300 at the beginning of the lease term. Onsite cameras: There are 3 external facing cameras onsite. Garbage and recycling: The tenant will be responsible for putting out garbage (weekly) and recycling (biweekly) as needed. Yard maintenance: Monthly (approximately) yard maintenance will be handled by the owner and can be planned to accommodate schedules.
