Even the 100+ wineries and tasting rooms of Woodinville are only 20 minutes away for enjoyment on those days off! *There is a detached garage that it currently inaccessible to tenants. Lease term: The lease term can be any monthly increment for a maximum of 6 months. Smoking policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the property, including all indoor areas and outdoor spaces. Damage deposit: The tenant will provide a refundable damage deposit of $2,000 at the beginning of the lease term. The damage deposit will be returned at the end of the lease term, provided there is no damage to the property.
