    Hello I am currently within my 60 day grace period for vacating my apartment at a well reviewed apartment building in Del Ray and am offering a great deal for those interested in this area/complex. This place has a 4.6 out of 5 review on apartmentratings, and 5/5 on yelp and yahoo local. This particular unit is located at 3022 Commonwealth Avenue, Alexandria VA 22305 (also search 3051 Mount Vernon Avenue for more information on area) and is a part of a larger apartment community which I'm sad to be leaving. Unlike the majority of the complex, this unit has the exterior look of a townhome and it's own street entrance with patio. The least expensive "liner" unit in this complex is currently listed at roughly $2400/month. If interested in taking over the lease for this highly sought after floor plan, the first months rent (available the first week of August) would be $2155 (negotiable pending move in date), but would require a 12 month lease agreement to be signed at move in which would begin on August 22nd 2015 with the new annual rate being $2185 per month for 12 months. This is a reduced rate in comparison to the currently available units with a similar floor plan. Did I mention, NO SECURITY DEPOSIT. I already paid and the deposit will transfer to you. I'm also covering the transfer fee, although normal application fee will be due to the complex. In addition, you would receive 2 free indoor parking spaces within the garage, which are normally $50/piece. There is ample street parking for visitors and also a couple of guest spots right 50ft from your place. DETAILS: 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom located on the first floor. Front door with patio and back door garage entrance. Open Updated Kitchen with Granite Countertops Hardfloors in Kitchen Area Ceramic Tile in Bathrooms Stainless Steel Appliances Washer/Dryer in Unit 42" Cabinets 5 different closets including additional storage in the laundry room. Large Windows and natural light The complex is very dog friendly, is in walking distance of dog parks. It also has 2 rooftop decks and a courtyard with tables, BBQ, and cornhole. It has a fitness center and business center as well. The staff is fantastic and the neighbors are all very friendly and considerate. This place is is within walking distance to the strip of restaurants, bars, shoppes, farmers market, etc on Mount Vernon Ave in Del Ray. It's close to Potomac Yard, Reagan National, Old Town Alexandria and only 10-15 minute drive to Washington DC pending traffic. There is a Capital Bikeshare located right out front as well. All interested applicants are subject to regular apartment housing application, background and credit check. I know the above is confusing so please contact me and I can explain in better detail. Must submit housing applicant and receive approval of housing complex. Electric, Water, Cable/Internet is responsibility of tenant.
