We love our apartment but our buying a home and need to find someone to take over our lease or move in to our apartment for a few months. Apartment has washer/dryer and storage room, linen closet, coat closet, large closets in both bedrooms with an extra standard size closet in the master. TONS of storage! Free parking right outside, but garage parking available for $50/month if desired. Pets are welcome in this building. Roof decks are great and building has a gym and awesome leasing staff. If you are interested in Del Ray Central, please contact me first! There are very few apartments with private entrances and we have one for you! Available Sept 1 or maybe a bit before. Our lease is up Nov. 6th but you could take over the lease when you arrive or sublet from us and then take over (or just sublet for 2 months). We could possibly work out a deal for the two months of our lease. We could be out before Sept 1st as well. Del Ray is the best neighborhood - walkable to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and new grocery coming in soon across the street - Capital Bikeshare out front of the building.
