This house has 5 bedrooms plus an office. We replaced a new dishwasher last year and partially replaced new carpets on the second floor. It is tranquil and close to an elementary school as well as Cedar Hill State Park. It is also near Cedar Hill City government buildings. We recently replaced the entire roof. It is only 15-30 minutes from downtown Dallas. We only accept small pets. The fee is $500 for the first pet and $250 for the second pet. The pet fee will be nonrefundable. We do not accept Section 8. If you meet the following qualifications, you are welcome to take a look the house and apply: 1. Non-smoker/Drug-free 2. No loud noise or disturbances 3. Credit score of 580 or higher 4. Minimum household income of $9,000 per month 5. Please include your salary stubs when submitting your application. 6. If you are accepted, we need to copy your driver's license. This is at the start of moving in, in order to verifiy you have the actually credentials. One year mandatory commitment. $500 initial non refundable payment for one pet. $250 initial non refundable payment for the second pet. $50.00 for each dog, each month. $30.00 for each cat, each month.
