    House is clean and in good conditions, close to Federal Blvd. I-36 and I76. About 15 minutes from downtown. Establish neibhorhood. I'm a snow bird I live about 6 months per year in an independent area, in the back of the house, LEASE TERM AND DEPOSIT A minimum lease term of one (1) year is required. A security deposit equal to one (1) month's rent is required prior to move in, The security deposit may not be applied toward the last month's rent. A minimum of thirty (30) days written notice is required prior to vacating the premises. SMOKING AND PETS Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Pets of any kind are not permitted. USE OF COMMON AREAS AND STORAGE The storage or placement of personal property or hoarding items on common areas, is strictly prohibited. These items include but are not limited to: tools, automobile parts, toys, construction materials of any kind, household items, etc. The only permitted items in common areas are patio furniture and a grill, which must be maintained in good condition. NOISE Excessive noise is not permitted between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am TRASH REMOVAL AND PROPERTY MAITENANCE Tenants are responsible for placing their trash at the curb, Thursday evenings or Friday before 8:00 am. Tenants must keep all walkways free of trash, snow and debris at all times and are responsible for applying ice melt to walkways as necessary to ensure safe conditions. PARKING AND VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS Tenants are permitted to park one (1) vehicle on the driveway and one (1) vehicle on the street. The owner shall not be held responsible for any damage to, or theft of, vehicles parked on the property or street. Repairing, servicing, or working on vehicles on the driveway or on the property, is strictly prohibited. TERMINO DEL CONTRATO Y DEPOSITO Se requiere un minimo del Contrato de doce (12) meses. RUIDO El ruido excesivo no esta permitido entre las 10 de la noche y 8 de la manana. BASURA Y MANTENIMIENTO DE LA PROPIEDAD Los inquilinos son responsables de sacar su propia basura los Jueves en la noche o Viernes antes de las 8:00 am. Los inquilinos deberan mantener las banquetas y estacionamiento limpios de basura y nieve, Asi como aplicar sal para evitar que se cristalice la nieve. Esto para asegurar condiciones seguras para todos. ESTACIONAMIENTO Los inquilinos tienen permitido estacionar un vehiculo en el estacionamiento y otro en la calle al frente de la propiedad. El propietario no se hace responsable por robo o percances a los autos estacionados en la propiedad. Reparar, realizar cambios de aceite en vehiculos en el driveway, esta estrictamente prohibido. Asi como estacionarlos en el driveway si estan tirando aceite.
