Trying to pass on the last 3 months (4/1/2021-6/31/2021) of my lease to someone, as I'm trying to move somewhere larger with my gf. I believe they will let you extend the lease past the 3 months if desired (I can ask if you're interested). I am open to leaving the majority of the apartment furnished (couch, recliners, tables, tv stand, dresser, etc.)! This unit has great open parking, responsive maintenance, vaulted ceilings, clean carpet, huge bathroom, updated cabinets, privacy lake/tree view, walk-in closet, porch with storage, and washer and dryer. Located right next to 408 and 417 intersection, so you can get anywhere fast. FYI -- I've never seen a bug in this apartment. The complex has a fitness center, pool, dog park, and tennis court (it also has 2 more pools and a raquet ball court, but they've been shut down during covid).
