Fees include exterior maintenance (roof and vinyl siding), garbage pickup, termite contract, lawn maintenance, the wellness center with salt water exercise pool, discounted meals, some transportation to shopping, discounted housekeeping services, emergency call services, and access to RGV walking paths and activities. RGV is convenient to area shopping, restaurants, and entertainment venues. This community is close to the interstates and the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. Come experience the Rolling Green Village easy lifestyle! Please note that the garage is listed as 2-car garage but a heated and cooled workshop/office was added to the one bay, shortening the length of that bay. This space is perfect for a craft room, lounge area, workout space, or just extra storage. It could be converted back to a 2-car garage if that suits the buyer better.
