Our space is great for anyone looking to have a quiet and relaxing stay at the beach on Topsail island.
Everything included in rent. Electric, water, sewer, Wi-Fi, cable and trash.
One month mini January thru April, or all 4 mths
No pets,
non smoking facility, quit time is 10 pm to 7am. No parties
Parking is under the building no more than 2 cars.
Please be respectful to our property. Keep it clean and free of trash.
The bench outside is not to be used for hanging towels or anything to dry.
