This is a very quiet neighborhood, the street is not busy and there is a great cul-de-sac that children can play in. All schools are in walking distance. Police, Fire Department and Grocery store are within a mile. Great views of mountains and lake. Neighbors on both sides are rarely here due to this being there vacation houses. This is really a great place to live. We would not sell but we have relocated to Colorado. We hope someone out there would love to live in this beautiful house.
