Our property is 1.5 miles from shopping, dining and 10 mins from launch. Renter pays for in full upfront or monthly payments with at least 2 months up front. Propane used during stay is paid by renter. Owner will take care of utilities (water, electric). No smoking No sub leasing Snowbirds may book till Mar/Apr unless pre arranged with property manager **Cancellation Policy - More than 2 weeks, if less, half of security deposit will be retained.**
