The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a former single-family home. There are only three other apartments in the house. It is conveniently located in the historic district of Chapel Hill. Only 10 minutes to the main Campus of UNC, and close walking distance to Franklin Street (Med Deli, etc.). The apartment is available in January (earlier/later is negotiable). The lease can either be renewed for a new year or will end in the summer of 2019. No pets allowed. There is a $50 application fee (non-refundable). The owner also requires a security deposit. Tenant pays internet and gas for stove, all other amenities included in rent (water, electricity, trash)
