This is mobile home that needs work but is livable and has state of the art HVAC system. Mobile home also has insulation so stays super warm during the winter days and super cool during those hot summer days. All windows were replaced about 8-10 years ago. Do a very good job in keeping the heat and cool in the mobile home. HVAC system was replaced during the same time. Also has metal roof. It has 3 rooms and two bathrooms with tile kitchen and extra closet in living room area. Like I said, the mobile home needs a little work. The living room bathroom sink does not work but everything else does. Second bathroom has floorboard torn out and just has drywall on floor. Both bathrooms still functional though. We’re willing to work with buyers but definitely a good price for what some mobile homes are going for. Rent is 300 a month and pay utilities.
