Location is 3077 29th Street. Local landlord lives in town and happy to help make the most of your rental. Rent: Fixed Term The total monthly rental price for the lease is $3,000.00, due on the first day of the month. If the lease term does not begin on the first day of the month, the first month's prorated rent is due on signing. Rental payments shall be made electronically via ACH, debit or credit card. Fees apply for credit and debit payment. Resident shall incur and be charged $50 per day as a late fee for payment of rent received after 12 a.m. on the third day of the month. Such fee, which shall be considered additional rent, may be collected immediately by owner and/ or withheld from the resident's security deposit if written notice is provided to resident within 45 days of the date the late fee is incurred. Utilities: Owner pays for trash, recycling, sewer, and water. Resident is responsible for electricity, gas and wifi. Security deposit: Resident will pay $3,000.00 as a security deposit. Smoking: No smoking is allowed. Pet Policy: Tenant must request prior approval for pets and no more than two pets are allowed. Monthly pet rent of $35 is required. Parking: One designated, covered parking space is included with rental. Limited guest parking is available for tenant use. Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for keeping the premises clean and for any repairs required due to tenant neglect and/or abuse. Landlord is responsible for completing necessary repairs to damage not caused by tenant and is available in a timely manner.
