It's a quiet, peaceful, and private rural country location. Unit is approximately 500 square feet (mother-in-law / MIL), about 3.5 miles from downtown Duvall. Included in the unit are: Refrigerator, Oven/range, stacked washer/dryer. Internet is not included. Wired cable television, phone, and/or internet is not available. Past tenants have had success with cellular internet. The unit does not have air conditioning, but it's construction and layout help it stay relatively comfortable during the hotter summer months. Commuting to Redmond/Bellevue is very convenient. My personal experience, commute times to Redmond are typically 35-50 mins depending on time/traffic. We're off a rural road, so riding or walking to town could be a challenge. Transit doesn't serve our road. Cherry Creek Falls trailhead is just under a mile up the road from us. It includes several miles of trails and beautiful sites to see. - One year lease (12 month) or longer. - No pets, no smoking/drugs. - Utilities (Power, Water, Garbage, Septic) are an additional flat $200/month, paid with rent. - Unit includes uncovered parking for one personal vehicle in front of the unit. - Unit is limited to a single occupant, due to septic system limitations. - Applicants will be required to submit for screening through Zillow as part of the application process. - Security deposit, first and last month's rent, due before access is granted. - Security deposit is fully refundable if no significant cleaning or repairs are required. - Rent to be paid by Zelle preferably, or cash.
