There is another bathroom upstairs with separated shower and toilet from the sink. This bathroom is intended for those 2 bedrooms. The house has a small pool. A set of linens for each bed is provided as well as towels. The house is well equiped so that all you need is to arrive with your clothing, put it in the closet and start enjoying life in this amazing community! 4 cable tv boxes and wifi are included as well in the rent. Exterior pest control and trash pick up is provided by the owner. First and last month's rent is required at the time of signing the contract.
