    34.300 acres located on FM 3157 just minutes from Meyersville! Terrific hunting opportunity! Electricity and recently reworked water well (see attachments). An old house that had never been lived in sits on the property. The house has not had water or electricity in decades to it. We have $0 value on it. However, with some work and perhaps new electricity, bathroom, siding, and septic system--it could be made into a pretty good deer camp! There are some older pens on the property. There is a small creek that runs through the property with a little water in it today. There is a tank that holds water but it has gone dry this summer. Terrific pipe entry. Hausmann Road borders on one of the long sides (0.03 miles). Fence on Hausmann Road has been replaced within the last 10 years. Other fencing looks good. There are old pieces of furniture in the house that are to remain. If you'd like to build your new home--be sure to check the Meyersville Independent School District and Cuero Independent School District out! Be cautious on driving through because it is damp and sandy. Will need a 4-wheel drive or you might get stuck. It has been shredded around the property which allows anyone to walk all of it. Do not drive in further than the house with a regular vehicle.
