The kitchen has brand new butcher block countertops and a butcher block central peninsula with bar chairs, and there is a hot plate and microwave for cooking. Every room in the house has its own closet, and the apartment is fully furnished for your needs including a comfy couch with tons of pillows, throw blankets, and even a fold-up desk and chair if you need to take care of any business when not in the hospital working. The neighbors have amazing sidewalk/stoop gardens and from the bedroom window you can see Patterson Park across the street. There is even a local, boutique restaurant/bar about 15 houses down on the corner of the street, which makes ordering a quick meal for take-out extremely convenient (and delicious... we highly recommend the Mac' N Cheese!). I have been a property manager for over a decade and have a full team of repair and maintenance companies to take care of anything you need. Included in the utilities is a monthly professional cleaning service. My wife and I live in Baltimore and we can provide tips and tricks to the city so you can experience Baltimore like a local. The historic Fells Point harbor neighborhood is a short one mile stroll through classic Baltimore residential streets (and begins with a half-mile walk thru the 160 acre Patterson Park). The closest grocery store is a Safeway with lots of parking less than a mile away, and there is a little convenience store one block away, with a handful of restaurants within five blocks. Utilities are $200/mo. 91 day leases are available, because traveling healthcare professionals are the primary residents because of proximity to Johns Hopkins and University Maryland hospitals.
