It is a South facing corner unit with really great views and this master bedroom is on the second floor and has its own bathroom and walk-in closet and parking space and also has a mini fridge and wall-to-wall carpet. I do have two cute, sweet cats (They mostly sleep) but sorry no more pets. This is a fully furnished place. It can only accommodate one more person. I am a woman in her 60's. More hippieish, Open-Minded. Due to severe allergies, I can't have outside furniture, books, plants or vinyls . No cigarette smoking! This is an excellent room for a traveling professional. Everything will be included except your clothes and toiletries. Rent is all inclusive (includes mini fridge, microwave, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, water, sewer, trash and one cleaning a month.) $1050/mo $1050 security deposit Either you can sublease until June 1 or this can be a one-year lease from the time you move in There is a fee for online application, reference and background check In a perfect world I would like a lease through March of 2027, but I will take a year lease or short-term until June
