Entry - Landlord may enter the property with 24 hours' notice for inspections, repairs, or showings, except in emergencies. 10. Early Termination - Tenant remains responsible for rent until the unit is re-rented. - Tenant will pay a re-letting fee of $500 for early termination. - Fee will be waived if tenant secures a qualified replacement renter approved by landlord.
