we'd be happy to leave this beautiful home with you. family house with modern retro design. takes a few steps to the kitchen and dining area, and a few steps to bedrooms and the full-bath. not accessible for wheelchair, I'm very much afraid. we're in walking distance from the downtown, but right next to the rock creek park! so you are going to have a feeling of staying at a cottage... watching the beautiful season here from behind the window. (sorry, a few items in the pictures are not available at the house anymore: we've changed the carpets for a new one, the coffee table is replaced by two smaller ones) Tenant pays for the utilities. Last month's rent is due at the signing. No smoking allowed.
