    Airy top floor two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo available for rent in a quiet six-unit owner-occupied building (besides this unit!) on a charming tree-lined street in Lakeview. I lived there for 8 years & have rented it out to two couples for two years each over the past four years. The current tenants are buying their own place this fall and will be leaving at the end of their lease, August 31st. Private deck (off the master bedroom) & shared front lawn I own a parking space in our garage, as well, that comes with the condo rental. The LOCATION for my condo is terrific! It is just three blocks from the Belmont L Station (close enough to get to quickly, far enough not to see or hear!), so there is easy access to the Red, Brown & Purple L lines into downtown or out to other neighborhoods. It is also close to several bus lines. There's a restaurant of just about every cuisine and price-point you can ask for in the very near vicinity; errands like dry cleaners, pharmacy, grocery & gift shopping are all incredibly easy; and it's a short walk to several fantastic theaters, concert venues, comedy clubs, Wrigley Field, and much more! There would be a non-refundable $100 move-in fee levied by the condo association, and an additional refundable deposit due at signing. Unfortunately, building rules prevent renters to have any type of pets. Smoking is also not accepted. Please contact me if you are interested!
